Thanks for visiting MDB, and yes, you’re right – I’ve got quite a few subscribers after the two group writing projects. Regular readers do give you that boost when you write articles, having a reader count of 1 (yourself – you do read your blog, don’t you?) on your feedburner chicklet can get very discouraging over time…I’m lucky to have a modest number from the exposure that the GWPs gave this blog. (Psst. you can still give it an occasional stumble )

I think writing projects give you the kind of visitors who are more likely to come back and be an active part of your blog. Those kind of visitors are worth a thousand stumbles in my opinion.
